Vehicle selection
We send you carefully selected offers from Copart and IAAI auctions. Each vehicle is checked in the CARFAX database. You receive a full cost breakdown for approval.

Contract and deposit
Before bidding, we sign a contract and collect a deposit (approx. 10% of the vehicle’s value). If we don’t win the auction, the deposit is fully refunded.

Bidding and purchase
We represent you during the auction. After winning, we handle all payments in the USA — both for the vehicle and for transport.

Transport and customs clearance
The car is shipped to a U.S. port and then transported by container to Europe (most often to the Netherlands). We keep you updated on the shipment status and prepare the customs clearance, while you pay the customs duty and VAT.

Delivery and vehicle preparation
After unloading, we deliver the car to Poland — either to your address or to our center. You can also use additional services such as repairs, homologation, headlight conversion, document translations, or detailing.
